This is what Tobias says about our sailing trip.

At Wednesday 30 September, 2T1 and some other classes went sailing over IJsselmeer and Waddenzee.
The bus drove through Noord-Holland and over Afsluitdijk.
The bus stopped at a Mc Donalds and many of us took something to eat.
We arrived at Kornwerderzand.

Here our class split up in two groups.
One went to a boat called Mon Desir, the other to a boat called Middelsé.
This story is going to be just about Middelsé.
After the dangerous trip from shore to ship, we had a lunch.
In the afternoon we sailed for the first time and we saw a sael!
The boat went through a drain, over Waddenzee through the Frisian canals to Franeker.
Unfortunately the wind wasn't to the right side, so all the way through the canals, we travelled by motor.
The evening food was excellent, macaroni with bolognese sauce.
That evening we swam in a swimming pool in Franeker.
We came back from swimming at a quarter past nine.
On our ship, we could stay in the public room playing games till midnight, on other ships, children had to go earlier to bed.

The next day we sailed through the canals (with sails this time), over Waddenzee, through a drain, over IJsselmeer to Medemblik in Noord-Holland.
It was a pretty beautiful old village, but the most important thing many children saw was a Spar.
Great amounts of sweets and other things were bought.
The evening food was nice again, nasi.
After nine, we had to be on our own boat.
Three hours were spent eating crisps and sweets, drinking coke and hot chocolate milk and playing games.
At midnight it was bed time, but most children didn't sleep directly.

The last day we sailed from Medemblik over IJsselmeer to Stavoren.
We cleaned the ships and took our baggage to the bus.
In the bus we saw the other group, ate the last sweets and drunk the last drinks.
At around six we arrived at home.

the trip we made

A blog about the three days on the boat Mon Desir from Idsert.

First we all had to put our bags in our cabins.
Then we got a short introduction about the boat and the skipper.
Then mister Edelman said that we had to give all our crisps and other sweets to the teachers.
From then on it wasn't that nice anymore.

We sailed the same route as Tobias just said.
We had to work very hard because our boat had two masts.
We had to do everything on the boat.
After all hard work we had a short brake to eat our lunch.
But we immediately had to work on the ship.

In the evening we ate some macaroni and we went swimming.
When we came back from swimming we still had to do the dishes!!
It was finished around 10 o'clock.
Everybody went to their cabins to sleep.

The morning after we had to get up early to get breakfast and eat.
We had to work hard so the boat was ready for departure.
We sailed on the IJsselmeer and a bit on the Waddenzee.
This was not a special day because we had to work hard had something to eat and again work hard.
In the evening the teachers said all the food has to be ate now and what is left we will throw in the bin.
Nobody liked it and not all the food was finished.
So all food that was left was left in the bin.

The next day was our last day on the boat.
That day we had to clean the whole boat and we had to clean our rooms.
We packed our bags and we went to the bus after we took a picture with the teachers and the class.
In the buss everybody was tired.
We arrived at school at 6 o'clock.
